Ellie now has two teeth and I will task myself with taking a picture of her new pearlies tomorrow. She also did two crawl steps (or whatever you call two forward movements while crawling) today so we'll see if she continues on the path to movement.
A couple of days ago, Harrison waltzed into the living room with his hand and sleeve soaked. Well, I figured out he put his hand in the toilet based on where he had been (he really is normally very good with the toilet, I don't know what compelled him to do this). I was worried that he may have put something in there but Josh looked and didn't see anything. Yeah well, after a day of poor flushing, I finally got him to confess yesterday that he put a blue car in there. We'll see how it turns out...
I have a cold in full force and can't wait for all of these germs to leave our home!
Josh is in Vermont at a department retreat. I am in the process of planning my department retreat (any stay-at-home-moms want to join me?). I haven't settled on a location but it will be something full-service and will be for a loooong time. :)
We met up with Poppy and Barbara Sherman on Friday in Harvard Square. They were in town for the day and it was nice to visit.
Josh's brother, Travis, flew in on Sunday evening and will be in town for a month (or more). He will be working on Pink Panther 2 which is being filmed locally. We are excited to see him and Harrison is particularly thrilled to see "Uncle Tra-bis".
I am now going to take one (or maybe all three) of the cold medicines sitting here beside me so I better sign off before the drugs start talking.

We've had the toilet thing happen and it was only a toothbrush. We ended up calling a plumber and boy was that a hefty price. I hope you start feeling better soon. The icky stuff just keeps visiting your house - not good.
