Today at church Harrison took two pieces of bread from the sacrament tray, handed one to me and said "do you want butter on that, Mommy?" We did our best to contain our giggles.
Yesterday Josh and Harrison told me they read the story of King Benjamin from the Book of Mormon. I asked Harrison what King Benjamin talked about in his speech on top of the big tower. He looked at me with a sheepish smile and said in a way only Harrison can, "applesaaauce". I guess I need to study my scriptures a little more closely because I don't remember any sermons about applesauce.
Ellie is getting too smart. When Josh left the bathroom to get a wash cloth this evening, Ellie grabbed the cap to my hairspray and used it as a cup to get her very own drink of toilet water. At least she's resourceful and independent, right? If she contracts some funky infection we know where it came from...
Oh, and I finished Ellie's Easter dress this week, yeah! And it's not even the day before Easter this time; sometimes I even impress myself.

Holy cow! You are amazing! Easter Dresses?! Wow!
Kids are so fun! Can't wait to see Ellie's dress! Love the new blog look too! :)
Hahah...I was laughing so hard at the bread and butter comment...I'm still laughing. Ahh, he's too funny. I'm sad that we'll miss you guys in CA! We will have to plan better for next year for sure. And way to go for the Easter dress...you're an inspiration! If only I could finish my sacrament quiet book...too much work for something that will get torn apart.
