This is one of my new favorite pictures of my kids. Aunt Jami took this picture last 4th of July and it really captures Harrison at his cutest. He still holds the title of #1 grandson (okay, one and only) in the Jones and Cameron families even with two more babies on the way. I foresee a lot of princess dress-up, tea parties, and Barbies in his future. Who wants to make a wager on how many times he will have to be the dad when playing house? :)
My new favorite thing Harrison is saying is "no, please". Anytime I ask him to do something or get something that he doesn't want to do, he says "no, please". He will even say "no, please" as he is kicking and flailing while I am trying to put his shoes on before leaving the house. At least he's polite, right?
Ellie continues to add to her vocabulary. Yesterday, when I took her out of her crib after her nap and told her when needed to go pick up daddy, she pointed at he collection of hair bows and made grunting type noises. I asked her if she wanted to wear a bow to which is responded "bow, bow!" She always likes to look her best I guess. Today, I also caught her playing with Harrison's Word Whammer toy on the fridge. She pushed the button and it started to play the ABC song. She sang right along until letter "G". I am constantly amazed at how different my two children are. Harrison was such a late talker and so to hear the words that come out of little Ellie's 14-month old mouth amazes me.

Don't forget #1 Nephew (and it's not because he's the only one either LOL). I think that there are some great benefits to being the only boy (besides always being the Daddy), all his cousins are gonna have some fun, cute girls for him to date. I think we got some great pictures of all 3 kids that day, too bad they weren't all in one shot.
He's a cutie!! And we're the complete opposite here...Bryleigh was our talker and walker and Jeremy's taking his time! :)
That is a great picture! I love your updates. I can't wait until Lani has pigtails:)
These are the moments that get parents through the sleepless nights, the crying, the whining, the fighting and the sassing. It IS all worth it---you all make me proud!
This photo of Harrison truly shows him at his sweetest. He is 100% boy (even when playing with the occasional doll or when taking over the cooking) and there never is a dull moment when Harrison is around.
